Before being a renowned seaside resort, Le Lavandou was a small fishermen hamlet.
Walk around the small paved streets, the shaded little squares and fountains, symbol of life and welcome, let us tell you about the formerly Lavandou: the Castle (1881), the former fishermen houses, the Saint Louis church (1855) and its magnificent frescos of byzantine style (2010), the station district where the holidaymakers arrived, happy to be able to take their first sun and sea bathing…
