Le contrat de location

Le contrat de location est obligatoire pour toutes les locations de vacances et doit comporter les dates du séjour, les heures d'arrivée et de départ, le nombre de personnes (adultes, enfants, bébés), éventuellement les animaux, l'adresse exacte de la location, le prix, le montant des arrhes ou de l'acompte , la caution, la taxe de séjour et tout autre détail jugé utile par les parties.

Arrhes : Les arrhes permettent l'annulation de la réservation en abandonnant la somme remise au propriétaire.
Le propriétaire peut également annuler en vous restituant la somme.

Acompte : L'acompte rend le contrat définitif. Celui qui se dédit devra indemniser l'autre partie du préjudice occasionné.
